What do you like about working at Boeing?
"Diversity in career opportunities. Ability to grow and develop skills across the enterprise. Great people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Personality matters. If you are looking for just another job, then this isn't a good fit. Boeing is a company that offers you a career with a lot of mobility and growth potential. If change scares you, then it will be a struggle."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"Cycles of lay-offs. While never impacted because it is a manufacturing company with strong unions, it was difficult during union contract negotiations and during mfg. slow-downs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to help people move around to get exposed to a large company and multiple systems. Continue to keep their career goals in mind. Make reviews more meaningful instead of just a task to be accomplished."

"I'd like to be constantly challenged to solve a problem (never the same problem)."

"If you enjoy to be hours and hours at the office away from your family and personal life... this is for you."

"The lack of education of local management. Employees are treated (and disposed) as resources and not as persons."

"Sometimes directionless"

"They did a very good job, the industry causes some of the hickups and was sometimes very hard to predict. I would have suggested to maybe not be as stressed out over changes in clients decissions, but I have to admit I did not always see things at the 20000 ft level."
