"Be prepared to give it your ALL, ALL THE TIME, and take the vacation time that is allotted to you as needed so you don't burn out. It is a great place to be. I'd do it all over again, but I know what I would do differently to exceed my personal goals and continued motivation while achieving the company's goals and recognition."

"I disliked the moving of accounts as they see fit, without prior consulting with the sales representative."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest more communication between DSM and MA, and if necessary, more communication between RSM and MA if there are signs of miscommunication between the DSM and MA. New DSMs shouldn't have more than three to four MAs to start while they are being evaluated so they can perform appropriately, as they are in ongoing training and are often not available to the MAs who need them."
