What do you like about working at Syntel?

"Very little"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't even interview if you are American. If Indianyou are better off but still will be treated like dirt."

What don't you like about working at Syntel?

"Company cares nothing about the employees and regards them as little more than cattle. If you are a non-Indian it is even worse. I worked for them and they decided to replace me on the client site witha much lower skilled offshore resource and even asked me to lie to the client about the skill level of the resource who was replacing me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Way too many to list."
