"I have worked with Syntel for almost 13 years. It is a very good company for beginners as many opportunities are provided in multiple areas. The flexibility provided in terms of relocation, technology etc. is quite good as well. Although I must say that the company does not focus on technical growth and becoming an expert is little difficult due to the nature of projects. BTW, the company CEO changes almost every 2 years on average."
