"Synergisticit made me work on technologies and concepts which I thought I knew. I stayed with them for nearly 4.5 months and after they were done with me I was called for interviews by multiple clients and I received 3 offers, 1 each from Google, Apple and a startup. Think of this firm as a hole in the wall, small organization like a small eatery which even though not huge, not funded by VC's will absolutely provide you tech skills, which will enable you to get into tech firms which did not even consider speaking to you earlier. It's intensive, it's expensive, but it's 200% worth the money and time invested."

"Synergisticit is a great place to learn java. I was referred to this firm by a friend of mine who took training from them. They used to do consulting work but changed their business model only to training. I am Asian and instructors were Indian, still I could understand them. All topics were covered in depth, it was lengthy and detailed coverage of java spring webservices and other frameworks. We also trained for oca and ocp and we got certified and then Synergistic people helped us with interview pre and then put us into market. I had multiple interviews and I finally narrowed down Apple as my client for a contract position. I am impressed and so are my friends. Hole in the wall place, not a very fancy office like Hack Reactor and other similar firms the best training on java I can guarantee for sure as I am proof of that."

"I was taken at surprise by the training and organisational efficiency of SynergisticIT. I have been in talk with many consultancies but no one could infuse the confidence to work with them. Their training is based on latest UI technologies and frameworks. Every person interviewing with them is not hired. You need to have knowledge of Java and that makes the talent pool better. Also, they provided me support when I went on the project, certified in Java. "The technical screening is very hard. So its not even easy to get into their training. Training is worth your time"

"The training is not easy - 5 hours of training and after that we have to put in 4 hours."

"The management is good. They have very good trainers. Marketing team is also great.They might have few flaws here and there but I really dont care as they were able to get me a project real quick."

"I worked so very hard to get a project ASAP. But when the actual time came for me to give interviews I was a little nervous and I kind of backed off for a week or so. The good news is I cracked the 1st interview and my project is a on-going one."

"The training is hard and you must at least spend 3-4 hours every day working on your own."

"My interview was the coolest. I prepared so hard for it and all they asked me were very basic questions where there were no wrong answers. The manager was a super nice guy who walked me through their project and also made me feel comfortable. I would not consider this as an interview itself."

"If you work with the materials the trainers give you, you would be good. Their library is also very good. They have all possible books on java front end and back end and DBA."
