"I was taken at surprise by the training and organisational efficiency of SynergisticIT. I have been in talk with many consultancies but no one could infuse the confidence to work with them. I would rate them excellent because: 1) They make you feel important with professional treatment. 2) Listen calmly to your problems and always suggest a solution for it. 3) Because of experienced trainers . I don't have anything to complain about. Just that they are little apprehensive about taking all students in their TRAINING. They limit the candidates to 5 for a batch."
"Good client base and long term projects. They helped me get my H1b visa approved after it got rfe. Training on Java is really good and is more extensive than any other java training places. Also, they provided me support when I went on the project, certified in Java. I feel if someone sticks with them for 2-3 years then the person would have excellent experience and get his/her visa taken care of. Their attorney was very professional and transparent during the h1b process."

"They provide you with all the interview questions and answers..... just follow their routine."
What don't you like about working at SynergisticIT?
"We started with one session in core java and after that we moved to advanced topics. The best thing is we get to interact with the marketing students who are taking client interviews and it helps us a lot while preparing for the interviews."

"No complaints about their training and infrastructure. Great program - awesome stipend."

"The technical screening is very hard. So its not even easy to get into their training. Training is worth your time"

"The training is not easy - 5 hours of training and after that we have to put in 4 hours."

"The management is good. They have very good trainers. Marketing team is also great.They might have few flaws here and there but I really dont care as they were able to get me a project real quick."

"I worked so very hard to get a project ASAP. But when the actual time came for me to give interviews I was a little nervous and I kind of backed off for a week or so. The good news is I cracked the 1st interview and my project is a on-going one."
What don't you like about working at SynergisticIT?
"The training is hard and you must at least spend 3-4 hours every day working on your own."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My interview was the coolest. I prepared so hard for it and all they asked me were very basic questions where there were no wrong answers. The manager was a super nice guy who walked me through their project and also made me feel comfortable. I would not consider this as an interview itself."

"If you work with the materials the trainers give you, you would be good. Their library is also very good. They have all possible books on java front end and back end and DBA."

"After training - everyday assignment till you get a project. Crazy submissions and calls."
