"Directions to my delivery sites was very poorly given, they would not let me get any sleep and I wasn't pleased with their attiude."

"Get your act together before you get someone killed. You need to improve your training."

"Yes, hold your head up, looking them straight in the eyes. When they ask the question, what are you looking to may a hour, you say, 18.00 hrs. Thank You."
