"10 Year Employee, forced out of Job due to Toxic Work Environment. I had a GREAT Practice Manager. They were forced out as well, while I was on vacation. I came back to a new Practice Manager who created a new work culture which eventually turned toxic. Along with the Pharmacy Supervisor, they made it their goal to force me out as I was at the top of the Pay Scale, which they felt was not merited- regardless of my years with the company or my experience as Lead Tech. They valued neither, focusing their efforts on terminating my Employment instead. Being that I had a Stellar Employment Record with Sutter, I opted to resign versus having my Employment Terminated."

"employees kept in the dark, micromanagement, no thinking outside the box allowed"

"create infrastructure, change culture, reward achievement, cut the fat, get on board with technology, stop re inventing the wheel and copy successful hospitals."
