"Management using abusive language is a common thing. Basic rights of employees are denied. As a Sutherland employ I have no right to feel ill or join any function with your parents. I want department labor(India) to take some survey of Sutherland how it deals with its employs in India. Human rights abuse is very common here. Please dont join Sutherland land if you have any dignity or you want to save yourself from humiliation of management."

"I have worked for Sutherland Global Services for 16 months and find them to be more focused as a BPO company handling customer service calls for companies like ATT than in finance and mortgage. They do not have a strong record in mortgage work and rely too much on one BPO affiliation that is quickly falling apart. Very behind in developing internal software and rely too much on spreadsheets. Systems and processes are lagging behind other industries and they need a technology group - especially on the mortgage side."

"It was good in the past, social people, good working relation, salary increase every year, potential to grow with the company"

"Please find another place where you can make a difference in the company and were you are appreciate and you are not just a number in their payroll"

What don't you like about working at Sutherland Global Services?

"Nice good people to work in the past, everybody who had 10-25 years of experience were first to go and the new hired were just family members or friends. Bad moral, no motivation, not anymore a friendly place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are really no managers at all . Selfish and they have their own agenda, I don't believe they are managers born for this century. I would fire all of themthey brought the company down to the point of selling it. SHAME"
