"I have worked for Sutherland Global Services for 16 months and find them to be more focused as a BPO company handling customer service calls for companies like ATT than in finance and mortgage. They do not have a strong record in mortgage work and rely too much on one BPO affiliation that is quickly falling apart. Very behind in developing internal software and rely too much on spreadsheets. Systems and processes are lagging behind other industries and they need a technology group - especially on the mortgage side."
