"It's a great place to work if you want to stay there a long time and you can play the game. A lot of politics outside of the office and a lot inside as well."

"Coworker is very resistant to change or ideas that could make our jobs easier or more efficient."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would allow all my team members to feel included in the decision making process. I would allow them to think outside the box and give it a try to see if their idea(s) would work."
