"Little opportunity to move up without further education, and many tasks given at the same time"

"More autonomy would be beneficial, and more say how things are run and decisions made."

"I like helping patient's and assisting them on getting better and healthy."

"Be aware of office drama and politics, low pay, and little rewards and very little appreciation."
What don't you like about working at CBGSA?
"The compensation rate at this company is not good at all and raises are slim to none."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were the CEO I would give a little more financial incentives as well as time set aside from the work place in order to not be in such a chaotic work environment."
What do you like about working at Hospital for Special Surgery?
"Focus on patient care and the excellence behind the care provided."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It depends on the department. I may be an outlier because I work privately for a physician in the hospital, and not the hospital directly. Still, from my understanding the hospital is wonderful, I mean I get hospital benefits even tho I'm not directly employed by them. Seems good to me!"
What don't you like about working at Hospital for Special Surgery?
"I dislike the unorginized manners for certain office and departments, and how unaccomadating some offices are. At the end of the day its about the patient not the $$$"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Organization, and showing what it means to change gears and make the staff understand what changing priorities are, aside from bossing everyone around with no real connection as the the why"

"Be prepared to work in a very fast paced environments where you have to remember that you work for the well being of patients even though they may not always say thank you and that they appreciate all of the work you've done for them."

"Not feeling appreciated for going above and beyond for patients and the employers."

"I would give incentives such as raises for doing a great job, and offer other incentives and bonuses dor goo quality work and a better work environment for employees."
