"The compensation rate at this company is not good at all and raises are slim to none."

"If I were the CEO I would give a little more financial incentives as well as time set aside from the work place in order to not be in such a chaotic work environment."

"Be prepared to work in a very fast paced environments where you have to remember that you work for the well being of patients even though they may not always say thank you and that they appreciate all of the work you've done for them."

"Not feeling appreciated for going above and beyond for patients and the employers."

"I would give incentives such as raises for doing a great job, and offer other incentives and bonuses dor goo quality work and a better work environment for employees."
