"Completely understand the career path by talking with your supervisor frequently."

"Expectations were a bit unrealistic. Some lack of support with poor communication at the corporate level and within the program area."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Senior management needs to keep everyone better informed, especially in times of down-sizing. Keeping things a secret breeds distrust. Also, there does not appear to be anyone really working hard to gain new business contracts."

"Title, some autonomy, location, direct results for work done, pay."

"Examine the culture of the group you're joining to ensure it's a good fit."
What don't you like about working at Chrysler?
"Lack of management knowledge and direction, lack of teamwork to accomplish projects."

"Establish more responsibility for other departments, have better knowledge of what goes on."
