"UPS has taken a turn for the worse, as the economy and profits have gone down."
What do you like about working at UPS?
"I like the fast pace, high stress and highly dynamic work environment. I also enjoy managing the employees and working with some of the senior management. There is a sense of teamwork."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"I dislike the fact that senior management is constantly threatening everyone with the potential of being fired for the most minor offense, as they do not want to lay off employees."

"Develop a healthier work environment, as satisfied employees are productive employees."

"Upper management seems to be very shortsighted."

"Educate the team members so they understand what you're trying to do. Realize that management runs the company, not the local union."

"hours, weekends, call outs, corporate personnel treat staff poorly, Head staff say one thing and do another. Operations manager treated employees poorly while not being understanding of situation at work place."

"Rather than continuing to put money into needless repairs just to keep running, spend one time fees to upgrade facilities."

"I do not have any tips however that people should research any company they are interviewing for. I also conducted interviews at my last job"

"There is nothing I can state I don't like."

"I feel for management you must have social skills and have the ability to bring the best out of everyone and most important Listen and treat with respect. I have earned respect in my last job I did not demand it. My team worked hard to achieve goals without constant supervision"

What do you like about working at Network M?
"12 work shift meant that you would get 3 to 4 days off in a row. Also it was very flexible in terms of days worked with the rest of the staff. Additionally, you never brought work home with you. There was a saying among the supervisors, no problem lasts more then 12 hours. After that it someone elses problem."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Brush up on how to play black jack and know your poker hands. In case the job description is not clear it involves working in a card club."
What don't you like about working at Network M?
"Customers treated you like dirt, people tried to cheat you all day and working graveyard, required if your new, is hard on your body and relationships,"

"You got a lot of talented people, take them and the money you have made and do something else."

"My Manager only had a high school education so he was threatened by my abilities and made it very difficult for me."
