What do you like about working at VITEC Solutions?
"Not much. There isn't much to like. it is a poorly run company with terrible management, and shoddy technicians."

"There is better work out there, the post office is probably hiring. This company will crash and burn."
What don't you like about working at VITEC Solutions?
"No one in upper management has any experience in the field, therefore, many decisions are made non-informed. They do not give raises, rather, they fire and then replace. Short of upper management, no one in the company has had a raise in two years, even though the company had better years than ever before, increasing their bottom line by cutting essential services and quality technicians. Rather shoddy record keeping,and very guilty of scamming either vendors or customers to get what they need. i.e., charging customers for warranty work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start over. The poor decisions on who to promote , and the even worse decisions of those promoted which have been made over the last 5 years are affecting your standing with both your clients, and within."

"Training classes were always offered. They always were interested in what the employee had to say about how they could improve."
What do you like about working at Blastco?
"4-10 shifts (10-11 hrs a day, 4 days a week, every company in the refinery is the same), close to home, stable job, being treated with respect, the boss was great to work with."
