What do you like about working at Hard Rock Café?
"Hard Rock has given me a grand career in a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates a premium guest experience. Part of my job duty is to provide my guests with an experience that they will treasure for years to come, which, gives me pure pleasure. It has taught me how to work with others in a large and very fast pace atmosphere. I work with over 80 employees and proud to be part of the management team. I take leadership in self accountability, innovation, problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, coaching and development and impacting and influencing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you enjoy working in a fast past atmosphere and enjoy giving top of the line customer service, then this is a job for you. Let your inner rock star out!"
What don't you like about working at Hard Rock Café?
"I do not get enough positive or negative feedback. I'm looking for ways of improving myself and I need to know how I'm doing as a worker, co-worker and leader."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have and give reviews or one-on-ones. Tell your employees how well they're doing. Share their strengths and weaknesses. Otherwise, your employees will feel like they're being taking advantage of and some tend to look elsewhere."
What do you like about working at Alcatel-Lucent?
"I loved the people and what we accomplished. We were world class.Very good company until the leadership lost their way trying to meet Wall Street expectations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Manage by example. Be ethical and treat all associates the same when it comes to company policy. Don't let friendships overrule performance."
What do you like about working at Sony?
"I loved my job and the people I worked with at Sony. The vast majority were very dedicated and caring."
What do you like about working at Affiliated Computer Services?
"There were a lot of employees (representatives) with good hearts and determination."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"ACS is a big company, with many different clients, and each center will have different work atmospheres and conditions. I worked for the Verizon Wireless project, which is highly unorganized, yet I heard good things about different clients in different cities, still under the ACS banner."
What don't you like about working at Affiliated Computer Services?
"The lack of communication, especially between management, corporate, the client and employees. Rather than solving anything, it became a blame game of why something wasn't working or goals weren't being met."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To create a community and relationships among employees, which would help prevent such high turnover."

"I really liked the people that I worked with while at LSI. I also liked the responsibility that was given to me as well as the environment."
What don't you like about working at LSI Corp.?
"I did not like that the company decided to move the operations I was involved in to another country."
What do you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"The satisfaction of leaving at the end of the day, knowing that I made the company more money than they paid me"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The shipping dept needs to be more compensated for their long hrs in the summertime, maybe even air conditioning would help."
