"I dislike the single-minded focus on profits and revenue, and the lack of ability to move up within the company from the ground floor of management."

"Focus a bit more on employees versus profit. Take the time to listen to employee thoughts and ideas on how to improve the business."

"They did not give a clear path on how to advance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back to having a technical tier, where everyone understands how to get raises or advance in the company. Go back to the old training policy, where you go to class and not sit at your desk for training. Incorporate continual learning, where employees can go offsite to learn or get degrees using VZ/TAP. Current money levels restrict higher learning classes, which cost more than stipend. Make monies for department training restricted for training only and not available to use for something else."
