Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The tip is do not join the company but if you are desperate, watch your back from Managers, and reps who steal leads off your desk or go into your accounts when you have been dealing with client. Manager's do not defend the rules - no rules here."
What don't you like about working at SuperMedia?
"Lay off in moment's notice. No rhyme nor reason ot the decision of who stayed or who was layed off. There were people who had lower numbers than the those who lost their jobs, yet were permitted to stay. WICKED HIGH STRESS VOLUME."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get more experience, take management courses - should hire managers who understand the products or can learn quicker than the employees. Come to office more rather than work remotely. Be fair in dividing good accounts equitably. Very unfair practicies in distributing good or delinquent accounts."
