"There were a lot of restrictions from corporate bureaucratic conflicts that did not help the overall goal of making good medical devices."

"They could try and loosen the rules in order to find out what regulations are necessary."

"Not as much utilization of my construction management skills. I also did not like the smell because it is very potent."

"long time work over night. Not clear of responsibility. Not good at team work."

What do you like about working at BMW?
"The company was a very welcoming atmosphere. While being trained as an intern I was integrated into a high paced work environment where critical thinking and attention is key."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest with a prospective employer. If you are honest with yourself it will show confidence and come off as a positive attribute to an employer."
What don't you like about working at BMW?
"The company was immense with numerous departments. Although the department I was working in was small I would have liked a more personal company overall."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should always be interested in their employees just as much as their clients. In order to do so a manager must be sure to make his/her employees feel welcomed and needed."
What do you like about working at Special Devices?
"The environment had both manufacturing, testing and design all in one. I liked developing the code for the machines."

"This is a relatively small company. Expect a wide array of responsibilities."
What don't you like about working at Special Devices?
"Not much software provided for development. Had to rely on other engineers to do a specific task or running little errands for people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reading through a design or process and checking off on it in a timely manner."
