"There was never a dull moment, DPS always has more work that can be done. It is a challenging environment that rewards hard work and time put into the company."

"Be confident and show that you do not have to be managed."
What don't you like about working at DPS Telecom?
"It could be a very high stress environment. The company keeps the employee count as small as possible and as such a lot of work is expected from you on a daily basis."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Overall, the management was great. They did not micromanage but rather gave employees space to do their job while still emphasizing the importance of quality and timely work."

"I enjoyed the sales and teamwork aspects of this job."

"The hours were too much, and it was all sales and customers."

"The hours are just way too long for this to be a feasible job."

"Great to learn from them about road construction projects. The construction engineer was very intelligent"

"Be real with them. Answer questions that they ask. Go in calm and relaxed"

"Road construction is not the field I wish to go into. There pay even for full time engineers is not very high"

"Nothing they managed there area very well. All projects got completed and to specifications"

"This is a wonderful company to work for, the perks and the environment made it a joy to work there."

"Stay on you p's and q's and make sure that you ask questions."
What don't you like about working at Fluor?
"The work can get monotonous and it really doesn't challenge the technical background earned in school."

"Keep up the good work but encourage your employees to further their education so that they can do more research."

"If possible to stick with this company, do. It has benefits, retirement, etc. if one can get a permanent position in the system."
What don't you like about working at Morgan Thermal Ceramics?
"I haven't been able to receive a permanent job within the company. I have applied for a few positions and I have gotten word back from the Human Resource officers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for management would be to keep on the workers about organization."

"Felt very unified, international presence made projects take on global scope"

"I felt I wasn't being effectively utilized, could have handled much more responsibility"

"Make sure managers are playing more of a mentor role, especially for summer associates"

"Work environment was very pleasant. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I loved the diversity and transparency within the organization."

"Be yourself and realize you won't see a big change in the community made by the work you are doing."

"The salaries are pretty low and there does not seem to be many opportunities to move up in the organization."

"Pay the employees more and provide more opportunity to move up."

"Everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. Very little oversight. The personalities of co-workers were very laid back. If I needed to take a personal day I could easily ask and receive my request."

"Know exactly what you want to achieve and how you are going to go about achieving same. Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally."

"Inability to manage their transport fleet effectively which affected my ability to travel to sites at planned times."

"Management should oprioritize reservations for transport and manange the accounting system more effectively."

"I liked working at this company because I was really getting to use the skills I learned during my classes and to also build new skills that will help me in my per-suite for a carrier after school."

"The only thing I did not enjoy by working here is I would get passed around from department to department to work on projects."
