"The company was a very welcoming atmosphere. While being trained as an intern I was integrated into a high paced work environment where critical thinking and attention is key."

"Be honest with a prospective employer. If you are honest with yourself it will show confidence and come off as a positive attribute to an employer."
What don't you like about working at BMW?
"The company was immense with numerous departments. Although the department I was working in was small I would have liked a more personal company overall."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should always be interested in their employees just as much as their clients. In order to do so a manager must be sure to make his/her employees feel welcomed and needed."
