"I worked for Subway during the summers of 2010 up until the summer of 2012. I would show great worth ethic and was rewarded with a raise due to that. Other than little things with the management itself it was not a bad summer job. I would definitely not want to be there for a career though."

"The schedule of hours for individuals to work may vary in release times, varies from one or two weeks at a time."

"Increase the schedule to span over 2 to 3 weeks for optimal working hours, including a measure to supplement workers to aid in unexpected increased demand."

"This is a great job for anybody just looking to make some money while in high school or college. Just do the job you are supposed to do and you will do fine."

"There are no opportunities for advancement unless the manager leaves. The job is also not challenging."

"Do not expect breaks or food. Expect to make minimum wage for at least the six months."

"No free food, no employee discount or breaks. You get put on call on your off days. The store is watched on camera and your every move is caught."

"A discount for employees. Tend to the employees and not just the customers."
