"It is Subway Development in Gig Harbor WA. Selling, building and maintaining franchises for Subway Sandwiches. I mostly liked the variety of tasks to do on a daily basis. The constant flow of fresh assignments was both a challenge and satisfying."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and up front with all qualifications. Don't waste the interviewer's time as well as your own."

What don't you like about working at Subway?

"The constant change-over of staff and restructuring of the company doing away with job positions and creating new ones."

"Challenge your employees; maintain structured guidelines so employees know their limits; regularly review performance and compensate above average work while counseling on any areas needing improvement so there is no confusion as to what is expected."
