"Know the family who owns the company or someone who aready works there."
What don't you like about working at Career Care Institute?
"Unorganized, unethical, enroll people who they know they shouldn't just to get enrollment credit, micromanaging and miscommunication, different set of standards for different groups of people (both employees and students), not enough coverage for certain daily tasks,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop having the CEO, School Director, Admissions Director, HR department all related to each other. It makes it really hard to follow up or complain about something legitimate when you know the person's wife/uncle/brother/mother/etc is who you have to talk to."

"Sometimes the people are nerve wracking, stubborn adn too set in their ways to make any lasting changes."

"Update the lesser schools that are part of Ashworth. Bring in new materials, update software and computers, Better office, Better training for the employees"

"Incompetent staff, poor pay, unethical/dishonest environment."

"Leave and obtain a civil service position where your incompetence will actually be rewarded."
