"I've worked at Ashworth College for over a year now. Overall, it is not your typical college since it is a purely online school. Therefore, I did not have personal interaction with students. My boss is very sweet and really helps me to understand things. She has truly helped me grow at Ashworth. I am hoping to get promoted soon. And no, that is not why I am writing this review. :)"

"Sometimes the people are nerve wracking, stubborn adn too set in their ways to make any lasting changes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Update the lesser schools that are part of Ashworth. Bring in new materials, update software and computers, Better office, Better training for the employees"

"You have to lead by example, remain consistent with your processes, pay attention to detail and remain professional at all times."

"Ask questions about the corporate ownership history, compare that to the company size and growth rate, then look at the competitors in the industry. This is a great place if you have a LOT of initiative, however, you also need to have a LOT of patience as well as determination to succeed here."

"The lack of vision of the company overall, as well as the lack of communication from the overall leadership about the state and direction of the company."

"Take responsibility for their areas of management and make sure that they understand the business process and their role in it."
