What do you like about working at Mount Saint Mary College?
"We worked together on different projects to bring them to the students and also to make the office more well known on campus. I loved being able to put together different projects and then present them to my boss and others. I also did research and wrote a book for incoming international students as a guideline to what they would need to know living in the United States and about the college culture in the U.S."

"Be yourself and share what you have to offer. Also, be willing to be innovative and create a change as the college culture is changing."
What don't you like about working at Mount Saint Mary College?
"We sometimes had issues with interdepartmental communication would caused problems when things needed to get done. This could be an issues if we were on some sort of a time deadline and needed to get answers on certain things."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were running the show, I would bring in more help because our office only had 2 people working in it and there was a lot of work for just those two. I would also host more events and try to focus on students and working with other groups and administrators on campus."
