"I worked for Global Stream Services for 13 years, and was terminated due to what they call poor job performance. The performance standard is based on client customer satisfaction survey. The Client wanted an 85% top box return (8 or 9), I did not meet this goal for the month, and was terminated, although I resolved most customers issues."
