"I hate the fact that whenever there was bad freight or when I had a bad mixture of products often due to the fact that water spiders unfairly divided up work loads - I would get written up for low productivity or terminated for low productivity when it was clearly Amazon fault (i.e. packed pods to the max, bad freight, and bad mixture of products to stow) - in the end I would get blame and written up and terminated for these things, which is clearly not my fault."
