"Mattress salesmen are not held in the highest regard mainly due to historically poor business practices. What I appreciate about the company I work for is it is bringing back integrity to what is considered an industry lacking in integrity. What I like about performing the operations position and the store manager's position is it allows me to influence the way business is being conducted. Also, my position allows me to make things easier for the people I work with."
