"I've worked for Stop and Shop for almost 7 years at the store level as an ACSDH. I feel the compensation for the work is not adequate, and the decisions corporate makes can many times be contradictory to what actually happens in the store. I disagree with many policies and procedures. Management can be positive or negative, depending on the individual."
