"I love that I get to be in charge of a team of 3-7 people that has the job of processing and stocking the new products that come in the store. I lead my team by example and working side by side with them. If anyone of my team can come up with a better way to get the job done, then I have no problem in doing it that way!"

"It is a fast pace job and the manager will tell you thank you for all you hard work every day."

What don't you like about working at JC Penney?

"I think JCpenney is a good company and love working their but the only problem was that they don't give you a lot off hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I will make sure my workers will get 8 hour shifts."
