"I enjoyed some of my co-workers. The ones who are still there I go and say hi to when I'm there."

"Smile, that's all I can say, if you're a female you are more likely to be hired."
What don't you like about working at Big Lots?
"Completely unfair. The manager was horrible. The hours weren't too bad but could have been better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be understanding to your employees' needs. Listen to employee suggestions, they honestly work more with customers one on one than you do."
