What do you like about working at STERIS Isomedix?

"I really like working with the other staff. They are really a great group of people who care as much about each other as they do about doing a good job and doing it right. I also enjoy that each day I will face new challenges and have to come up with ways to solve them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I really do not have any good advice for a person wanting to come work at Steris. All that I can really say is that the staff is really great but the management really ties their hands when it comes to getting things done. So I you do not like this type of environment I would stay away. I would not work here the way that it has become."

What don't you like about working at STERIS Isomedix?

"There is no room for advancement and the value of staff is not seen."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in staff training. Shift weak managers into other positions and give people with experience, knowledge and ideas way of using what they know to help improve the process. It would also be helpful to have technical,IT and engineering support on project."
