"The work environment is fairly laid back and your coworkers are always willing to assist in brain storming or trying out different paths if it means finding a solution. Although it may be difficult to see the "big picture" through the monotony of a single day, if you take a step back, and consider the individual person's input, it becomes easier to see that they all do their best to reach and achieve their overall goals. Communication can be a bit stifled, but the documentation is improving and they display concern for each other's wellbeing; willing to assist each other in any way they are able. Although they are currently in the midst of a transition, the pace is not unbearable; additional tools may be necessary to track the duration of activities, since it's sometimes difficult to notice the end of the day approaching swiftly."

"I have spent the last 30 years in some way shape or form in construction, the only reason I left was when the bubble burst in 2008, its has been my goal to get re-involved in the business for sometime now. During my years I have framed and built over six house throughout the state for various contractors. I successfully passed all parts of the State Contractors exam back in 2002 on my first attempt. The only reason I went into Corrections was to provide for my family because the construction industry has not hit Lake City. I am looking for a change back to what I love to do and the is build."
