"If you are content to sit and be a yes, man, then this is the job for you. But if you are content to sit and do what you're told - no free thinking allowed - then you'll be just fine."

"There is a total disconnect between management and the people actually doing the work. It's hard feeling beat up in so many can't win situations daily."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would allow for more flexibility in my employees, and not be so critical. Having a micromanager is rough."
