"Perhaps one of the biggest distractions was the constant bickering on standard operating procedures. Regardless of managerial direction, it seemed there was at least one individual that refused to comply with the directive requiring inefficient meetings to review procedures again."

"I would allow for more flexibility in my employees, and not be so critical. Having a micromanager is rough."
