"I have worked here since 2019. This is a great company to get your foot in the door if your career path is in claims, however, it is not a balanced workload/pay compensation ratio. Some territories receive much high claim volume than others, at no extra pay with the exception of overtime. This makes balancing work/life/wellness very difficult. State Farm invests a tremendous amount of time and energy training their employees. This is a wonderful first company for an aspiring Adjuster. Lots of opportunities and flexibility within the company to switch positions and locations."

"I have enjoyed my time at state farm because my agent has been very helpful and supportive of me every step of the way. My work is somewhat tedious as i have to cold call most all of the time i'm there but the environment is very nurturing and their is ability to uprank very fast if you are willing to go above and beyond expectations. I had this position while in college and it could be a lot to handle sometimes but the work life balance is something that is very achievable and easy to maintain."
