"I have been with Starbucks since June of 2016. In my time with the company it has been an amazing time and great learning experience. In short, I have grown frustrated with the inability or help with growing and climbing up the ladder. The corporate setting swallows the connection level at the cafe and it does not feel like the joy I had when I first joined the company."
