"No freedom for creativity and no room to grow. Very stuck in one place and you feel the weight after a short period of time."

"Be more open to your employee feedback and more open minded to change and creativity."

"I loved everything about working for Starbucks but the pay. I was a great employee, needed more money."

"I least liked the pay from Starbucks. I did a lot for the company. They should have increased pay."

"If you feel an employee is a needed vessel to your company, pay them to keep them."

"Be yourself, part of being a barista is having a positive attitude and being compassionate/empathetic towards others. If you are being yourself in an interview, you'll get a feel as to whether or not you'll fit in the work environment. If the environment doesn't suit your personality it can propose some real challenges, especially if you aren't a people person."

"There is little room to move up or receive promotions, despite majority of the employees exceeding company expectations alongside the manager's expectations."

"Work towards providing more opportunities and recognition for hard working employees. Pretty often overachievers extensive work efforts go unrecognized."
