"Worked here as a part time job for two years on campus. It's a licensed store but very accommodating in terms of scheduling and exams etc."

"Working for Starbucks was very enlightening and it served in a premise of being able to work while relocating to a new area. I really appreciate their benefits and the disaster leave that we received when Covid-19 was present."

"Starbucks is a great company to work for if you need benefits. They have medical, dental, and eye insurance. Lots of employee benefits, and really take care of their employees (Partners)."

"Although I have only worked at Starbucks for five months, I can say for certain that I am elated with how my job has been. The managers I work with are kind and genuinely care for their employees. My coworkers are kind and helpful, creating a true team-oriented atmosphere. I love being able to go to work and enjoy what I do. The benefits available to me as a part-time worker is incomparable to other similar jobs in the area."

"I've been within this company for 5 years. I wish there were more opportunities for growth. It's really unfortunate that the selected district management are usually external hires that just show up to your store to tell you to smile more. You will either choose to be a barista trainer or slowly go up to management; Either way you will make a non-living wage. Please, get used to having people yell at you and your coworkers on a daily basis. To end on a good note, you will meet some of the coolest, open minded people. If you need insurance (if you work 20+ hrs a week) , this job has very discounted vision, dental, and medical that they take out of your paychecks. They have higher education options, but you still have to pay upfront and you can only go to Arizona State. You get Spotify for free. You get unlimited drink markouts throughout your shift. One drink 30 minutes before and after is allowed. You get one food markout. You get a bag or package (1lb) of any coffee, instant coffees or teas you want each week. 30%-40% off merchandise. You also get flexible scheduling. Hope this helps out any future green beans."

"For me, this job was a college job to help me work through the expenses of being a student. Starbucks worked with my limited schedule due to classes and provided excellent benefits. This job is however more physically demanding than many realize. People who work here must be able to stand/walk around for 8 hours carrying hot coffee or heavy items. Overall it was a good job for my purposes (with flexible scheduling and benefits) and I would recommend for others in similar type situations."

"I have worked for Starbucks since I graduated high school in 2013. I have become very invested in my customers' lives. They value customer connections as well as community connections. They have hundreds of locations around the world with unidentified number of employees."
