"It's a joke. The GM at the SFO property backs up every individual that does not work, and people that work are penalized. HR department is also a joke. HR assistant is currently having affair with a restaurant staff and chef but no one says anything. Instead the GM holds long term staff responsible because they have given 30 years of their life to the organization. Hotel morale is low. Team morale is low because of bad leadership."
"SFO GM - Employees that are no longer working at the property show up on property because the GM has relationships with them. At least do your private stuff off property. He behaves like he does not answer to anyone. Disgusting behavior and he is the GM. what kind of an example are you setting... It's just sad..."
