"The flex time for working. The place has always been flexible to work around your schedule."

"Be prepared to have a very technical interview with people who are not very experienced in giving interviews."
What don't you like about working at Advertising.com?
"The atmosphere is one of in fighting and click building. It seems unless you go to all the parties and gatherings you are not noticed much at all by leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat people with respect. Don't play with there career. Have a plan for the future and allow people to work to this plan."

"working to meeting the staffing goals of the client and hiring and training skilled workers"

"client is first priority but representing your employees is the most important"

"client based employment could be terminated with out any reason"

"I have no suggestions for management, I think the operation is run very well"

"Try to weed out some of the old friends of the founders. There is a bit too much group-think."
