"I would not recommend this company for someone wanting to find an employment home. I am the longest working employee to ever be here and I have only been here 3 1/2 years."

"There is some fraud in the company. Reports are being sent to the banks that are not accurate."

"Management needs to be more open with both the banks and the employees"

"The casual environment/atmosphere, the company awareness of its impact on the community. The ability for me to move up in the company and make a place for myself. Dogs in the office!"

"Make sure you are on time, environmentally aware, and can handle retail work."

"The pay scale was not very good, and there was a limit to what I could do within the company, and still be happy with the work I was doing."

"This is really a good company. They champion education and safety. They are always hiring for different positions."

"Located in small town. The work load was all focused in beginning of month and was inconsitent. Finance team was spread out geographically. Few team projects."

"Provide positive reinforcement and more team projects. Provide more specific training that gives the employees the proper tools to do their jobs."
