"I dislike office politics, being lectured on every single thing that I do, and most of all I hate racism."

"They have poor management, no training and they do give you support for your job needs."

"Invest more time in training and support to they employees."

"Culture makes me feel like even though I work hard, it's still not enough."

"More generous and flexible. The Management needs to learn how to see the potential in people. Too high expectations and not giving employees enough time to shine."

"Upper management not being in touch with lower level employees."

"I would be more of an every day presence at the office and understand and acknowledge employees thoughts and desires from the company. I would use all employees to align the companies goals and objectives."

"Small company with very little growth. No room to move up."

"I was done with the cold and snow. Nothing wrong with the resort."

"Not everybody wants to work all their lives at Deer Valley....."

"Every department is different within the organization. Accounting really cannot be compared to any other department. Ask questions about how your career can blossom there."

"There is no room for growth within my department. My department is understaffed."

"I believe mirco-managing is a detriment to our department. We have a qualified team and we know what we need to do to get the job done."

"You need to learn the ropes and understand what you're in for. You may fit in, and you may not."

"The organization was growing too fast for its own good, and its employees were not valued."

"I was upset to hear that AirVersent merged with AirClic and several of us were eliminated."

"I feel their wages are not as competetive as they could be."

"I don't really have anything specific. Monitronics continually works toward improvement in every area of the company. Management and upper level employees are presently attending a workshop, HPWP, a High Performance Work Place."
