"Get rid of the favoritism that is running ramped at O'Reilly. It feels like high school with the who is hanging out with who game."

"Growth opportunity, Efficent Training, Open door policy with boss, Co-workers were confident enough in their position to train me in matters they took care of."

"Ask the Life Department to move back to Plano. Great company to work for. They will take care of you if you put in your best effort."
What don't you like about working at SCOR?
"Not much. It was a great place. Wish they stuck around in Plano in stead of moving to NY."

"Would have been nice if they stayed in Texas. Allow more interaction between departments."

"At times, working for the company was very stressful. However, this is expected when working for an accounting firm."

"no, but understand that you can get laid off(downsized at any time) it happened to me 2x with 2 different banks."

"not everybody in my dept. worked as a team player during month end"

"get rid of people dragging the dept down, my understanding cons loans and commerical loans have been spilt up and things are gettting better"

"The people working in the linen and gift shops were not accountants so they had no knowledge of why things were done the way they were."

"Improve the communication between departments and train all personnel to achieve the established goals."

"I enjoy the Casual dress and having a steady paycheck"

"Think about it long and hard. The benefits are stagnate and maybe even decreasing. The economy is picking up but you wouldn't know it by our place."
What don't you like about working at Tickets.com?
"We seem to run around in circles a lot because there is no accountability and very few people step up and make a decision. It's torture to try to resolve problems once they have been identified. I don't like to work that way. Let's fix the problem and move on. Make a decision, even if it turns out to be the wrong one - at least we won't die on the vine."

"I would do more to get the different departments fimiliar with what happens outside of their department. I would get rid of most of the managers and get ones that have less ego and more of a communicative nature."

"You have to be outspoken and you should know how to deal with bosses of different personalities"

"I am not used to having my time tracked all the time!!!!"
