"The distance from home at the time. Also at the time there was a transition into introducing unions."

"Get a clear understanding on who is going to run the department."

"The Radiology Physicians want to control the staff, undermining the decisions of the Director. They have a friend in the VP who the Director reports to, and the VP overrides the decisions of the Director."

"Hire a Director and allow him to make decisions. If you have questions about his decisions, ask him, don't just reverse his decision."
