"Execution, Excecution and execution. If a plan is not executed properly, it is always a poor project."

"Culture changed after management changed, they did not care for older employees"

"Listen to your workers and help them in the areas they struggle. They are your team."

"Everything was great. The people were very professional and polite. We got projects completed as a team. We eat together as a group and worked on leading edge technology."

"Be positive and research the company before the interview so you can answer the questions as well as you can."

"I was on contract and I wanted this position to continue."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions for management. However there was a lot of e learning on the computer. This took a lot of time to complete. Some of these learning tasks did not involve my position, but I was required to learn these procedures anyway. My suggestion is to have a method to select the most important procedures for a given position to limit excessive time on the computer."

"Reputation and dedication to patients taht suffer from cardiac diseases like my son."

"When interview be prepared about the different line of products and St Jude is not a Hospital"

"Like every company politics play a huge roles into promotions"

"Treat everyone fairly and give an honest chance to growth"

"Desinging devices that are geared toward improving the quality of life of patients."

"Don't, at least not until they figure out a better management structure."

What don't you like about working at St. Jude Medical?

"Management and the lack thereof. There is no vision, and it is a high stress environment in which they don't really get it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more proactive in communicating what we need to do to fix the problem. Stop putting the onus on the employees and then when they make a suggestion criticize them with no solution."
