"Doing God's Work and helping out with The Mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. I have Tourette Syndrome, and a lot of my fellow workers were patient with me and my struggles on the job related to my Tourette's. I was even given modified duty to help me work towards The Sister's Mission. I learned a lot of new clerical skills and computer skills. I was working at the Virginia Crossan Cancer Center (Medical Records) in Fullerton, CA. which is part of St. Jude. The job was difficult, and presented me with a challenge which enabled me to grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Any managers who violate the Americns with Disabilities Act, or play a part in such an action should be terminated and there should be no Statures of Limitations."

"Most employee are nice. My department is based on customer support and different then the other departments."

"The company is very large, sometimes it hard to find answers to procedures because no one know who'w responsible for what half the time. I don't like being time for every little thing that is done throughout the day."

"They need to be more conciderate of new employees. Their lack of training is very discouraging. Three new employees, in our section and all of us want out They hired over qualified employees and dont user their experience as and advantage to the dept."
