The supervisors and senior technicians were always there to help us or if issues needed to be escalated but allowed us to handle most issues on our own and were always willing to teach the students when we wanted to learn new things."

"It required 24 hours/7 days a week flexibility."

"I was employed by the university and compensated with a free tuition. It was very difficult to be a successful student when work required attendance during class hours."
