"SFH has phenomenal potential to be a great employer; but it is losing its ground. They are losing a handle on recognizing and keeping superior employees. They do not listen to their front line staff and implement strategies to not only improve the patient experience but also the employee experience. We lost our bonuses and our freedom to see any healthcare provider without paying out of pocket - big dissatisfier!"
